Prospective tenants must complete and sign the Application for Lease as provided by Georges and Company, Inc. Married couples may submit one application and one application fee. Each single applicant must submit a separate application and an application fee. The application fee is $30.00. 
 
The application must be completed in its entirety, including: social security number, date of birth, current and previous addresses, current and previous landlords, including telephone numbers, place of employment, employer’s telephone number and current salary.

Applicants must sign both sides of the application, authorizing the release of present and previous tenancy information and to obtain credit information. Georges and Company, Inc. will complete the Landlord Verification Form after contacting current and previous landlords.

Once approved, applicants will be contacted to set a date and time to execute the lease agreement.

A security deposit and first month’s rent are due at the signing of the lease.

Upon execution of the lease, the tenant will order utility service(s), making sure to give providers ample time to process the request for service. The tenant shall pay any deposit required by the utility company for services not provided by the landlord.
