The success of the owner/agent and tenant/agent relationships is based on clear communication. We are available to our tenants and owners to answer questions that they may have.

Our office hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, Georges & Company, Inc., staff will be out of the office showing or inspecting our properties. During these times, we will retrieve and return telephone messages as soon as practical. If you need to meet with a staff member, please call the office for an appointment prior to your visit.

We have someone on 24-hour call to handle any after-hours emergency that may occur outside of our office hours. Calling 434-977-3181 provides an after-hours emergency contact telephone number to reach our on-call staff.
