To View Available Properties:

Before showing a property, we require prospective tenants to drive by the property they are interested in renting. It is important that tenants see the property, the neighborhood, and the location. By driving by the property, you will know if the location is suitable for you.

After you have viewed the property via a drive-by, an appointment can be made to see the property. It is required that all adults intending to occupy the rental property be at the showing as we only offer one showing to prospective tenants. If the property is occupied, 24-hour notice to the residents may be required before the showing.

Qualifications for Renting:

All applicants must have favorable landlord references and good credit ratings.

Bankruptcies may be considered, provided the applicant has re-established current credit accounts and those accounts have been kept in good standing for at least one (1) year after bankruptcy. An additional deposit of one month’s rent will be required for all applicants claiming bankruptcy within the previous four years.
